- □ Food safety checks (temps, date labels)

- □ Waste bins lined; sanitizer buckets prepped
Cash & Admin
- □ Cash drawers counted and logged
- □ POS tested (receipts, network, login)
- □ Reservations & staff schedule reviewed
- □ 86 list / specials board updated
Safety & Compliance
- □ Walk‑in & hot‑hold temps logged
- □ Handwashing stations stocked
- □ Fire exits clear; mats placed securely
- □ Allergens/SDS binder accessible
